Michela Pezzi

Hi, I’m Michela.

I am an educational designer and language educator with a passion for designing impactful learning solutions that drive measurable performance outcomes. 

With a strong academic background and a deep interest in how people learn, I use innovative technologies to design training materials for higher education courses or corporate training programs. 

I apply theoretical frameworks to conduct needs analyses to develop and design interactive experiences using various authoring tools in consultation with SMEs. 

When I’m not at my desk, I enjoy swimming, walking my dog and listening to audiobooks – moments that often inspire fresh ideas for my projects. 

In addition to instructional design, I’m passionate about promoting inclusive education through eLearning experiences and exploring how technology can support everyone's learning journey.
